Child conception is one of the most beautiful things to happen for a woman, The process of using astrology for child birth even though looks scientific is actually more of a nature’s reward. There is a great mystery behind the birth of every child. Though looks very ordinary in the outer perspective, it is actually the result of cosmic power that can result in a successful conception of child

In India, There are people who still follow some auspicious timings to indulge in union, such auspicious timings are based on the position of planets on that particular time, and also the hour of the planet. The cosmic rule strictly states a fact that a child conception will not happen all the time when a couple enters into union, rather it is determined by the hour they were involved in it. King’s and queens of ancient India knew the importance of hours, and they were advised by their court astrologers to indulge in union only in the prescribed hour given by them.

The hour of union determines the fate of the child to be born, but one need divine grace even to implement this technique at that given hour.

We are not going to go deep into the technique, as its a complicated one. But, we will know some simple truths, which can help a lot of couple who wants to become parents.

Using Astrology for Child Birth

One of the major reasons for not conceiving a child is the lack of energy from planet Jupiter and Venus in one’s body. Jupiter’s vibrations is the critical factor in bestowing child. Venus’s vibrations in body is responsible for energy of a person, and Jupiter’s vibration is what that gives life giving energy into the energy of a person. Without the two, child conceiving is not possible.

There is an ancient technique to correct Venus/Jupiter deficiency. That is going around a Sacred Fig aka Bo Tree aka Peepal Tree. Couple without child are asked to go around the Bo Tree for one month while praying to Lord Ganesh. The scientific reason behind this is that the Bo Tree is rich in Jupiter and Venus energies. Since both the planetary energies are present in Bo Tree, couple with such problems get the benefit of these energies which gets supplemented into their body through Prana or Vital Breath. Millions of people have conceived after following this simple technique.

Another known way is to have union on Venus hours. During Venus hours of a day, a person’s quality of energy will be very high so that the chances of getting conceived is very high. The Venus hour of Friday is very auspicious for union. The Venus hour of Friday starts at 6 am and ends at 7 am, and also starts at 13 pm and ends at 14 pm. The morning Venus hour is the best.

According to Vasthu Sastra, couple’s should sleep in the south-west direction. By that means, the chances of progeny is good. South west direction should be the place of bed, and couple should refrain from sleeping in South-east direction as its the fire quadrant in vasthu.

Abhishekam is the process of bathing the deity. Devotees perform Jal(water) Abhishek and Dugdha (milk) Abhishek of lord Shiva. Abhishek means ” to have bath”. Lord Shiva gets pleased by this way and the desires of his devotees come true. Although there many ways of performing Abhishek but the Abhishek offered to Lord Shiva in the present time is called Rudra Abhishek.
Lord Shiva is also known by the name of Rudra, hence, his Abhishek is called Rudrabhishek. Devotees perform Abhishek of Shivalinga by chanting mantras. According to the ancient scriptures, stream of water is very much liked by lord. People performing Rudrabhishek always have the blessing of lord Shiva.

Dietary regimen in pregnancy is one of the most essential aspect which should be taken care of; as the growth of the foetus solely depends upon the health and nutrition of the mother. According to Ayurveda the Ahara- rasa i.e. nutrition or energy obtained from the mother’s diet serves three important functions, firstly nourishment of the mother herself, nourishment and growth of the baby, and lastly preparation for formation of stanya, i.e. breast milk.
There is an increased need of balanced diet with good nutritional value during pregnancy, any negligence or deprivation in nourishment may affect physical and mental growth of the foetus or either lead to miscarriage, premature delivery or an under weight baby. Here this article will benefit you in planning your diet accurately during pregnancy.
Some basic dietary rules should be followed such as having timely meals is essential, it helps in proper digestion and keeps mother healthy. Mother should have freshly prepared food, which is easily digestible and healthy. It should be a balanced diet providing necessary nutrition for mother and baby. Dietary supplements like fresh fruits, vegetables, milk and ghee should be consumed regularly in desirable amount.

Ayurveda recommends to include few things in diet corresponding to month of pregnancy which adds to the healthier development of the foetus.
First month – A pregnant woman should have atleast 2 glasses of milk everyday throughout the pregnancy, but particularly in first month milk should be consumed necessarily. If complaints like nausea, vomiting is present milk can be flavored with Elaichi, Shatavari kalpa, or milk masala containing almonds, cardamom, dry ginger, etc.
Second month – It is suggested to take milk medicated with sweet herbs like shatavari, bala, etc. Adding 2 tsps of Shatavari kalpa to glass of milk will serve the purpose.
Third month – The third month regimen explains adding honey and ghee to milk. One should keep in mind that honey should never be subjected to heat hence milk should be of room temp or luke warm. Another fact is honey and ghee together should always be taken in unequal quantity. You can mix 2tsps of ghee + 1tsp of honey to a cup of luke warm milk.
Fourth month – The fourth month regimen recommends intake of fresh unsalted butter with crystal sugar.
Fifth month – Fifth month regimen suggests increased intake of ghee alone or along with food. Minimum of 7-8 tsps of ghee should be consumed. Where ever ghee is mentioned it means preferably cow’s ghee.
Sixth month – Ghee medicated with sweet herbs like Liquorice, Shatavari, should be taken early morning at empty stomach.
Seventh month – Sixth month regimen should be continued in seventh month.
Eighth month – Sweet gruel prepared in milk proves beneficial if eaten in this month. You can have gruel made of rice, sooji, wheat vermicell, etc. Gruel should be taken once a day.
Ninth month – Anuvasan Basti with medicated oil should be administered in the last month. It enables the fetus to acquire its normal position and helps in attaining favorable conditions for normal labor.
